
The perfect combo that will make your taste buds dance.
Ingredients
- 2 blocks Milky's Halum or Halloumi cut into cubes
- 2 Egg
- 55 g Panko bread crumbs
- 115 g Grated parmesan
- 3 tbsp Sesame seeds
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 115 g Honey
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Red pepper flakes
Method
- In a bowl, combine the sesame seeds, paprika, parmesan, panko and a pinch of pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the halloumi nuggets and toss to coat.
- Lift each piece of halloumi from the mixture and roll in the panko crumb mixture, turning to coat all sides.
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the halloumi nuggets with olive oil.
- Place in a preheated oven for 10 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- In a small side bowl, combine the honey, chili flakes and sea salt.
- Serve the halloumi nuggets alongside the honey and chilli dipping sauce.
