In a bowl, combine the sesame seeds, paprika, parmesan, panko and a pinch of pepper.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the halloumi nuggets and toss to coat.
Lift each piece of halloumi from the mixture and roll in the panko crumb mixture, turning to coat all sides.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the halloumi nuggets with olive oil.
Place in a preheated oven for 10 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
In a small side bowl, combine the honey, chili flakes and sea salt.
Serve the halloumi nuggets alongside the honey and chilli dipping sauce.
