  • 250 g Halloumi Cheese Strips
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 Red Onion Finely chopped
  • Soft Flour Tortillas
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil


  • Prepare the Salsa by mixing the cherry tomatoes, red onion, coriander, and jalapeño pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Grill the Halloumi on a frying pan over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix the olive oil, ground cumin, chili powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Warm the Tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  • Assemble the Tacos by adding all the ingredients.
