Ingredients
- 250 g Milky's Halum or Halloumi sliced into ¼ inch strips
- 1 Avocado
- ½ Red onion finely chopped
- 4 Soft flour tortillas
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- 25 g Fresh coriander
- 1 Jalapeno pepper
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Method
- Prepare the Salsa by mixing the cherry tomatoes, red onion, coriander, cubed avocado, and jalapeño pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a griddle pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the Halloumi over a medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the olive oil, ground cumin, chili powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Warm the Tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Fill the tacos, then finish with a drizzle of the olive oil and cumin dressing.
