  • 250 g Halloumi cheese sliced into 1/4 inch slabs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 ounces Kale
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 radishes
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


  • Heat a grill to medium heat or heat a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Coat both side of the sliced halum cheese with 1 tablespoon of olive oil using a brush.
  • Place the halloumi on the grill or pan and cook until grill lines forms and the cheese is melting. Usually, it takes 2 to 3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, toss tomatoes, kale, and radishes together.
  • For the dressing, mix 1 tablespoon of oil, lemon juice, honey, and pepper together. Then drizzle on top of the salad bowl.
  • Add the grilled halloumi on top of the salad and serve immediately.
