Tomato White Soft Cheese Canape with Basil and Oregano
A real eye catcher inevery buffet.
Ingredients
- 200 g White Soft Cheese
- 150 g Cherry Tomato
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 spring Basils
Instructions
- Cut the white soft cheese into small cubes.
- Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Place the two halves together to create heart shape.
- Assemble the white soft cheese and tomatoes on skewers with basil leaf to serve fresh.
