Ingredients
  

  • 200 g White Soft Cheese
  • 150 g Cherry Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 spring Basils

Instructions
 

  • Cut the white soft cheese into small cubes.
  • Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Place the two halves together to create heart shape.
  • Assemble the white soft cheese and tomatoes on skewers with basil leaf to serve fresh.
