  • 200 g Halloumi Cheese
  • 4 Tortilla bread
  • 1 cup Mixed salad greens
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the Halloumi cheese slices to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  • Warm the tortillas or flatbreads in a separate pan or wrap them in foil and heat them in the oven for a few minutes.
  • Spread a tablespoon of tzatziki sauce or yogurt dressing onto each tortilla or flatbread.
  • Layer the mixed salad greens, cucumber slices, red onion slices, and tomato slices on top of the sauce.
  • Place the cooked Halloumi cheese slices on the vegetables.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the Halloumi cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla or flatbread, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
  • Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
