- 4 slices Wholegrain Bread, or your preferred bread
- 1 Avocado
- 235 ml Milky’s Labneh
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- Optional toppings: a pinch of red pepper flakes, toasted sesame seeds, or fresh herbs (eg: parsley, coriander, dill)
Method
- Toast the bread until crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix labneh, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a separate bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a layer of the labneh mixture on each slice of toasted bread.
- Top the labneh with a layer of mashed avocado.
