White Soft Cheese Cucumber Canape

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients 
 

  • 200 g Milky’s White Soft Cheese
  • 50 g Cream Cheese
  • 2 Large cucumbers
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • 25 g Fresh basil
  • 79 ml Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Method

  1. Place the white soft and cream cheese in the food processor.
  2. Pulse until the cheeses are mixed.
  3. Add the salt and pepper, then turn on the processor.
  4. With the food processor on, slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream through the tube.
  5. Turn off the processor.
  6. Slice the cucumbers into circle shapes.
  7. Place a bit of the whipped white soft cheese in the center of each cucumber slice.
  8. Top with sundried tomatoes and fresh basil.
