  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Baguette
  • 1 Handful Green Mint Leaves


  • Grab your baguette and cut it into square shapes.
  • Heat oven until medium-high heat.
  • Coat both sides of the sliced bread with 1 tbsp of olive oil using a brush.
  • Remove the bread once they are golden brown.
  • In a small bowl mix 1 minced garlic and 3 tbsp of yogurt.
  • Place on top green mint leaves and drizzle of 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • Serve with the grilled baguette.
