
Yoghurt ice lollies are a delicious and refreshing frozen treat, perfect for beating the summer heat. These creamy popsicles are made with yoghurt and blended with fresh fruits for a burst of flavour. They are easy to make and can be customised with your favourite fruit combinations.
Equipment
- 1 Blender
- Ice lolly mould
- 8 Ice lolly sticks
Ingredients
- 290 g Milky's Labneh
- 250 g Fresh fruits (eg. berries, mango, peaches, etc.)
- 85 g Honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
Method
- Combine Labneh, fresh fruits, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract by using the blender.
- Adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds.
- Insert ice lolly sticks into the center of each mould.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove the ice lollies, briefly dip the moulds in warm water to loosen them.
- Serve and enjoy!
