Labneh Baguette with Vegetables
A Classic quick no fuss labneh breakfast. It has a lot of fresh ingredients and it is fully customizable.
- 2 tbsp Labneh
- 1 Baguette Bread
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Lettuce
- 1 Cucumber
- Green Olives
- Slice the baguette loaf in half.
- Spread the bottom half with 2 tbsp of Labneh.
- Place the sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce on top of the Labneh spread.
- Drizzle1 tsp of olive oil on top.
- Serve with green olives and pickles on the side.
