Labneh and Salad Baguette

A classic, quick no no-fuss labneh snack. It has a lot of fresh ingredients and it is fully customisable.

Ingredients  

  • 2 tbsp Milky’s Labneh
  • 1 Baguette
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Green Olives
  • Pickles

Method

  1. Slice the baguette in half.
  2. Spread the bottom half of baguette with 2 tbsp of Labneh.
  3. Place the sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce on top of the Labneh.
  4. Drizzle with 1 tsp of olive oil and top with rest of the baguette.
  5. Serve with green olives and pickles on the side.
