
A classic, quick no no-fuss labneh snack. It has a lot of fresh ingredients and it is fully customisable.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Milky’s Labneh
- 1 Baguette
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Lettuce
- 1 Cucumber
- Green Olives
- Pickles
Method
- Slice the baguette in half.
- Spread the bottom half of baguette with 2 tbsp of Labneh.
- Place the sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce on top of the Labneh.
- Drizzle with 1 tsp of olive oil and top with rest of the baguette.
- Serve with green olives and pickles on the side.
