Yoghurt and Mint dip

Light and refreshing, this dip pairs well with vegetables, grilled meat or baguette or even by itself.

Ingredients  

  • 3 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Baguette
  • 1 Handful Green mint leaves

Method

  1. Grab your baguette and cut it into square shapes.
  2. Heat oven until medium-high heat.
  3. Coat both sides of the sliced bread with 1 tbsp of olive oil using a brush.
  4. Remove the bread once they are golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl mix 1 minced garlic and 3 tbsp of yogurt.
  6. Place on top green mint leaves and drizzle of 1 tbsp olive oil.
  7. Serve with the grilled baguette.
