Tomato White Soft Cheese Canape with Basil and Oregano

Ingredients  

  • 200 g Milky’s White Soft Cheese
  • 150 g Cherry tomato
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 sprig Fresh basil

Method

  1. Cut the white soft cheese into small cubes.
  2. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Place the two halves together to create heart shape.
  5. Assemble the white soft cheese and tomatoes on skewers with basil leaf to serve fresh.
