White Soft Cheese Salad

This white soft cheese salad has simple ingredients that area winning combination-so flavorful and refreshing.

Ingredients  

  • 125 g Milky’s White Soft Cheese sliced in 1 inch’s cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive Oil
  • 1 Handful Cherry Tomato
  • 100 g kale
  • 2 radishes
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Method

  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the radishes.
  2. Make the dressing by mixing 1 tablespoon of oil, lemon juice, and pepper together.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the cherry tomatoes, kale, and radishes and toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Add the White soft cheese cubes on top of the salad and serve immediately.
  5. Serve with green olives on the side.
