Creamy Labneh with Pomegranate and Herbs served with Grilled Bread

Labneh is a Middle Eastern yoghurt cheese. A little tangy and super creamy. You can’t help but love this Labneh recipe. Easy, simple & delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Milky’s Labneh
- 1 Baguette
- 1 Handful Green mint leaves
- 1 Pomegranate
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Pinch Dried mint
Method
- Cut your baguette into 2 inches slices.
- Preheat a grill pan or oven to medium-high heat.
- Brush both sides of the sliced baguette with olive oil.
- Grill until golden with visible grill marks, then set aside.
- On a serving plate, spread 3 tablespoons of labneh.
- Top the Labneh with pomegranate seeds and a pinch of dried mint.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the dish.
- Serve with the grilled bread, fresh mint and salad of your choice.
