
An almost effortless, delicious and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 500 g Yoghurt
- 2 Kiwi
- ½ cup Berries
- Strawberries
- Puffed quinoa
- Edible flowers
Method
- On a large baking tray place a non-stick baking paper and spread the yoghurt in a thin layer over it.
- To prepare the toppings, chop your chosen fruit into small chunks or for a festive twist, shape into Christmas trees and stars.
- Arrange fruit over the yoghurt.
- Pop the tray into your freezer for between 2-3 hrs or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen solid, take out of the freezer and cut it into smaller sections.
- To keep, place the yoghurt pieces in a container and keep in the freezer.
