Frozen Yoghurt Snacks

An almost effortless, delicious and healthy snack.

Ingredients  

  • 500 g Yoghurt
  • 2 Kiwi
  • ½ cup Berries
  • Strawberries
  • Puffed quinoa
  • Edible flowers

Method

  1. On a large baking tray place a non-stick baking paper and spread the yoghurt in a thin layer over it.
  2. To prepare the toppings, chop your chosen fruit into small chunks or for a festive twist, shape into Christmas trees and stars.
  3. Arrange fruit over the yoghurt.
  4. Pop the tray into your freezer for between 2-3 hrs or until completely frozen.
  5. Once frozen solid, take out of the freezer and cut it into smaller sections.
  6. To keep, place the yoghurt pieces in a container and keep in the freezer.
