Yoghurt

Kiwi

Berries
Strawberries
Puffed quinoa

Method
On a large baking tray place a non-stick baking paper and spread the yoghurt in a thin layer over it.
To prepare the toppings, chop your chosen fruit into small chunks or for a festive twist, shape into Christmas trees and stars.
Arrange fruit over the yoghurt.
Pop the tray into your freezer for between 2-3 hrs or until completely frozen.
Once frozen solid, take out of the freezer and cut it into smaller sections.
To keep, place the yoghurt pieces in a container and keep in the freezer.
