In a bowl, combine the sesame seeds, paprika, parmesan, panko and a pinch of pepper.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs then add the halloumi and toss to coat.
Assemble the halloumi nuggets by removing each piece of halloumi from the eggs, and dredge through the crumbs, tossing to coat.
Place them on a baking pan with parchment paper.
Drizzle the halloumi nuggets with olive oil.
Place in a preheated oven for 10 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
In a small side bowl, combine the honey, chili flakes and sea salt.
Serve the halloumi nuggets with the honey sauce prepared.
