This grilled halloumi salad is a tasty, savory recipe! Above all, it's paired with fresh and juicy tomatoes and cucumbers for a crunchy vegetable bite.

- 250 g Halloumi cheese sliced into 1/4 inch slabs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tomato
- 4 ounces Kale
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 radishes
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Heat a grill to medium heat or heat a pan over medium-high heat.
Coat both side of the sliced halum cheese with 1 tablespoon of olive oil using a brush.
Place the halloumi on the grill or pan and cook until grill lines forms and the cheese is melting. Usually, it takes 2 to 3 minutes.
In a bowl, toss tomatoes, kale, and radishes together.
For the dressing, mix 1 tablespoon of oil, lemon juice, honey, and pepper together. Then drizzle on top of the salad bowl.
Add the grilled halloumi on top of the salad and serve immediately.
